- A seat is used when a learner accepts their invitation.
- If you remove someone before they complete any lesson, the seat is returned and can be given to someone else.
- Once a learner has started, their seat stays with them — so certificates and records stay valid.
- All-Access seats cover the courses in the collection when you buy. Courses released later are sold separately.
- Seats are non-refundable, including seats you haven't used — so start with the number you need and top up later.
