Cancellations & refunds
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a full refund.
Immediate access to digital content
Our courses are digital content. At checkout we ask you to confirm: “I want immediate access to the course content. I understand that once I start accessing the content I will lose my 14-day right to cancel.” If you give that consent and then start accessing the course (open a lesson, video or download), your right to cancel ends. If you have not accessed any content, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
How to cancel
Email hello@example.co.uk or use our contact form with your order email. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Access to the refunded course(s) will end.
If something is wrong
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a course is faulty, not as described or doesn't work, tell us and we will repair or replace it, or give you a full or partial refund.
Goodwill refunds
[Optional: describe any additional satisfaction guarantee you choose to offer.]
